Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation operates many parks within the community. Each park has unique features that range from a fishing lagoon, canoe launch, water feature to walking trails and other activities. Several of our parks have shelters available to rent for family reunions, birthday parties, cookouts and various other events.

Shelters and restrooms are open dawn to dusk.
Electricity is available at three park locations: 1. Lawrence W. Inlow Park - at the shelter 2. River Heritage Park - on the pole adjacent to the shelter and at the amphitheater 3. West Park - near Jill’s Hill and at the shelter
