Have you ever wished that you could produce illusions for entertainment? Taking your audience to a world unlike our own, where only you know the answer to your riddle as they watch in amazement. Through the fascinating and unique practice of magic, children will be taught patience, perseverance and creativity. During their journey in becoming young magicians, the kids will watch one of Disney’s favorite original movies “Now You See It.” With this movie, they will learn about three of the greatest magicians of all time such as the Great Houdini. Eventually the kids will learn three to four basic tricks that they will practice and master. With practice, these kids will be on the road to becoming the next legendary magician of our time.

Calling all hoopsters! Beginning in December, we will have the basketball club! The children will learn to hone their skills on the court through a variety of lessons, drills and scrimmaging. Teamwork, communication, and court discipline will be emphasized while they improve at skills ranging from dribbling to passing to conditioning. They will learn drills so that they can practice and improve their skills on their own. The children will also learn the rules and history of the game. Each week will focus on a new skill. The session will culminate in the eighth and final week when they will put it all together to really show how they can shine in a 5-on-5 scrimmage.
