Site Supervisor
Tiffany Deters is the ESE Site Supervisor at Cherry Tree Elementary. Her experience includes three years with the Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department; two years at a residential camp in Brown County and three years working with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines throughout the Caribbean. She has a degree in outdoor recreation from Indiana University.

Assistant Site Supervisor
The 2007-2008 school year was David’s first year with the ESE program. He started out as a facilitator at the College Wood ESE program. David has extensive experience working with youth. He is a basketball coach, and he has worked at the Children's Museum. He also has countless hours of babysitting experience. David especially enjoys working at summer camps. He was a member of the Character Discovery Challenge team for Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation Summer Camp Series this past summer.
