On the last day of school, we have a very fun day planned! All students attending the ESE program at Orchard Park will be going on a field trip to the Monon Community Center. We will be having a picnic outside, swimming at the indoor water park and bouncing in a bounce house. The regular school day ends at 10:50AM, and we plan on departing Orchard Park at 11:30AM and returning at 5:00PM.
Kindergarten and First grade will be swimming from 1:00-2:15 and bouncing in the bounce house from 2:30-2:45. Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth grade will be bouncing from 12:45-2:00 and swimming from 2:15-3:30. If you wish to pick your child up between 11:30-5:00, you will do so at the Monon Community Center, please let us know in advance so that your child can take his/her belongings with them to the pool. If someone other than you will pick your child up please make sure they bring a photo ID, as normal pick up procedures will be in place.
Please send your child with a sack lunch and snack this day, as no food is provided at the school or through the program. Students also need to bring a swim suit, towel, sunscreen, and comfortable tennis shoes for walking. We look forward to kicking the summer off to a great start!
