At the Orchard Park ESE program, we like to reward our students for participating in the ESE program each day and making the program a fun-filled and exciting place to come after school. Each day when a student is picked up from ESE, he/she gets to take an E-Market dollar for participating in the program that day. If a student is demonstrating extra responsibility and can locate and scan their ESE scan card, they get to take an extra E-Market dollar for that day. ESE participants can also earn extra E-Market dollars by winning the "clean up challenge" at snack time, as well as, at other times throughout the week.
During each 8 week session, the ESE staff will set up an E-Market store and allow the students to purchase toys, books, etc. with the money that they have earned. Students can spend the money each session or they can save to purchase something worth more E-Market dollars next time. There will also be additional ways for students to spend money throughout the year. The E-Market store will usually be set up on a Friday and will be held during program hours. Students who do not attend the program the day of the store will be able to purchase something upon returning to the program. The 1st E-Market Store at OP will be Friday, September 16th.
