I'm sure by now that most parents have noticed the giant corkboard next to the parent table covered with tiny white sheets of paper. The purpose of this board is to display the daily R.I.C.H.E.R "Right"-Up winners.
The Extended School Enrichment program is based on the R.I.C.H.E.R. principles which stand for Respect, Integrity, Caring, Harmony, Excellence, and Responsibility. When a child does something that displays one or more of these principles, the staff here at Towne Meadow ESE will recognize them with a R.I.C.H.E.R. "Right"-Up. This award is immediately displayed on the giant corkboard for all to see.
The students at Towne Meadow really like this new system of displaying R.I.C.H.E.R. "Right"-Ups. They show a real sense of pride when they walk up to the board and hang up their award and are excited to show it off to their parents at pick up. Keep up the good work boys and girls! We hope to see your name on the board soon!
