Gift Certificates Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation sells gift certificates that make great gifts for any occasion. Gift certificates also make excellent corporate gifts for employee rewards. They can be used to enroll in recreation programs or to purchase passports at The Monon Center. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be purchased at The Monon Center Front Desk.
Scholarships Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation offers scholarships for recreation programs and Monon Center passports for Clay Township residents. Scholarship opportunities enable residents, who would not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in educational and recreational activities ranging from preschool to senior citizen recreation programs and access to The Monon Center. Interested applicants should pick up a scholarship application at The Monon Center Front Desk. Proof of income must be submitted when scholarship application is turned back into Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation.
