Gary R.
B.S. Health Sciences, ISSA Personal Trainer Certification, CPR through American Heart AssociationMy favorite thing about being a personal trainer is the relationships that I get to create and all of the people I get to meet. I had mentioned that I love comic books, and my career choice in large part was due to those characters, such as Superman. Superman showed me from a young age that gentleness and strength do coexist and to show compassion for everyone. I try to incorporate these characteristics both in my personal life and in my training sessions.
Fun Fact: I love comic books and keeping fish!
