The Inclusion Team would like to wish everyone a happy holiday season! The holidays can bring joy as well as extra stress. Mindful breathing can help alleviate those feelings. Here is a mindful breathing exercise you and your family can try!


Balloon Breathing

  1. Place your hands on top of your head and interlace your fingers.
  2. Breathe in through your nose as you raise your arms, inflating an imaginary balloon
  3. Release the air in the balloon by pursing your lips, exhaling slowly, lowering your arms, and making a “pbpbpbpbpbpb” sound.
