Seniors, are you looking to learn something new? Pick up a new hobby? Spend time with friends, or make new ones? Then our programs geared toward adults are a perfect choice! We offer a variety of programming including sports, enrichment, dance, arts + crafts, and nature. 

But don’t just take it from us! Every season hundreds of people enroll. Bridge, pickleball, ballroom dancing and On the Trail to Fitness are just some of the fan favorites amongst our seniors.

Silver Swans® is a specifically-designed ballet class for adults to help improve mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels. Come and dance, whatever your age or ability! No previous ballet experience is required.

Bring your friends to play contract bridge with other local bridge enthusiasts. This friendly social club is for the casual bridge player and no instructor will be present.

On the Trail to Fitness

Enjoy the beautiful fall weather in the park! A certified personal trainer will lead you through a warm-up, 2-3 mile walk, strength exercises along the way, and a cool down stretch at the end. This is the perfect way to exercise and socialize!
