Whatever your goals are, your personal trainer should know! Once they know what your goals are, they can draw from their expertise and knowledge to create the best fitness and nutrition plan for you. Before you start exercising with your personal trainer, you should have a conversation about your goals. This demonstrates that your personal trainer is in tune with you and wants to develop a plan personalized for you.

Your fitness and nutritional history are important. Your personal trainer should know about previous injuries or illnesses that may affect the way your body reacts to certain exercises.
